Shreeji Plastic started manufacturing preforms in the 2015s and has grown to become the largest manufacturer of high quality PET Preforms, Bottles, Jars required by various industries to feed their high performance filling lines.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
PET bottles, containers, and jars are typically manufactured using one of two processes: a single-step process or a double-step process. The single-step process combines the preform injection process and the preform stretch-blowing process, producing a product directly from the plastic resin on a single machine. The double-step process involves two separate stages, with preform injection molding performed on an injection machine and re-heating and stretch-blowing carried out on a separate blowing machine.
