Shreeji Plastic started manufacturing preforms in the 2015s and has grown to become the largest manufacturer of high quality preforms required by various industries to feed their high performance filling lines.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
PET bottles, containers and jars are typically made in a double-step process with neck dimensions of 19mm to 140mm. A two-step process produces products in two separate stages using 2 different machines. In this process, preforms are injection molded using an injection machine followed by re-heating and stretch-blowing on a blowing machine.
